Having over fifteen-years experience in franchising, Larry Flaherty boasts strong franchise industry and general business knowledge. Larry has been extremely successful with one of the nation’s largest franchisors and most recently was involved in all aspects of a fast growth start-up franchise.  Mr. Flaherty began his franchise career as a franchise business consultant with D’Angelo Sandwich Shops, a Massachusetts based Quick Service Restaurant franchisor. Larry assisted D’Angelo’s franchisees in growing their existing business and with ongoing operations support. 

Most recently Larry served as the Director of Franchising with a leading national franchisor (co-founded by one of Staples’ founders). He had the opportunity to work with the company’s Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, and the past Chairman of the International Franchise Association in establishing this company. In addition, Larry has over the years had the opportunity to work with many Franchising Executives from Dunkin Donuts organization. The opportunity to work with people of this caliber has provided Larry with unequaled franchising insight. He continues to refine his understanding of the many intricacies of franchising; his practical understanding of Franchising will be enormously helpful to you especially with his strong operational franchising background.
